摘 要:通过动态硫化法制备了丁苯橡胶(SBR)-聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV)防水卷材,并研究了生产工艺、PP种类、橡塑比、相容剂种类及比例、增塑剂种类、填料添加量对TPV片材力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用共聚型PP,橡塑比为60∶40,以SBR-g-MAH为相容剂、环烷油为增塑剂,滑石粉填料比例为30份,采用双螺杆挤出生产工艺制得的TPV片材的综合力学性能最佳。Styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)/polypropylene(PP)thermoplastic vulcanized rubber(TPV)waterproofing membrane is prepared by dynamic vulcanization process,and the influence of process technology,PP type,ratio of rubber and plastic,compatilizer type and percentage,plasticizer type,filler amount on the mechanical properties of TPV sheet are studied.The results show that when copolymerized PP is used,rubber plastic ratio at 60∶40,SBR-g-MAH used as compatibilizer,naphthenic oil as the plasticizer,and 30 parts of talcum powder filler added,the TPV sheet produced by twin-screw extrusion process had the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
