摘　　要：以沥青为原料,通过添加不同类型改性剂和乳液制得水性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明,采用高分子脂肪族烷烃与70#石油沥青制备改性乳化沥青,再与丁苯乳液复配得到的水性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,性能符合T/CWA 211—2022的要求,在此基础上制得的喷涂速凝型水性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能良好,施工效率高。Taking asphalt as the base material,a kind of waterborne non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating is prepared by adding different types of modifiers and emulsion,and its performance is tested.The results show that the waterborne non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating produced by using polymer aliphatic alkanes and 70#petroleum asphalt to prepare modified asphalt emulsion,and then compounded with styrene butadiene emulsion,meets the requirements of T/CWA 211—2022.Moreover,the spray quick setting waterborne non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating prepared on this basis has good performance and high construction efficiency.
