摘　　要：广东南粤银行广州金融大厦项目地下室底板防水设计采用双层TPO高分子预铺反粘防水卷材预铺法施工,胶面自粘防水卷材与砂面预铺卷材形成满粘层,整体砂层与结构预铺反粘,并对桩头、底板后浇带、甩槎与接槎等部位防水做了处理。应用效果表明,该做法对新规下的防水要求适应性良好,可有效保障项目在复杂地下环境中的防水质量。Double layer TPO polymer waterproofing membrane(adhesive surface+sand surface)is adopted for the waterproofing design of the basement floor of Guangzhou Financial Building of Guangdong Nanyue Bank through pre-laid construction method.The self-adhesive side of adhesive surfaced pre-laid waterproofing membrane and the membrane side of sand surfaced membrane form a full bonding layer,and the overall sand layer is bonded to the structure.Waterproofing treatment has been carried out for pile heads,post-cast strips of the bottom plate,reserved joints and connecting joints etc.The application results indicate that this method has good adaptability to the waterproofing requirements under the new codes and can effectively ensure the waterproofing quality of the project in complex underground environments.
