摘  要:设置有加劲肋的曲线钢板(加劲曲板)已在钢箱梁中逐渐得到应用,但关于此种曲板极限承载力的研究尚不充分,且设计规范对此也并无相关规定。为此,采用数值分析方法,建立单压作用下四边简支U肋加劲曲板模型,计算并分析初始缺陷、曲率参数、长宽比、肋间距和母板厚度对加劲曲板极限承载力的影响。结果表明:单压作用下四边简支加劲曲板的极限承载力对几何缺陷类型不敏感,有无缺陷的承载力偏差不超过4%;肋间距较小时,极限承载力受曲率参数影响较小,而当肋间距较大时,极限承载力随曲率参数的增大先减后增,曲率参数较大的加劲曲板通常具有较高的极限承载力;加劲曲板极限承载力随母板厚度增加而增大,但受长宽比的影响不明显。Curved steel plates with stiffeners(stiffened curved plates) have been gradually applied in steel structure bridges.However,research on the stability of stiffened curved plates(SCPs) is not sufficient,and there are no relevant design regulations for SCPs in the design codes.For this purpose,a model of simplysupported U-rib stiffened curved plate under uniaxial compression is established based on numerical analysis methods,so as to calculate and analyze the impacts of initial defects,curvature,aspect ratio,stiffener spacing,and main plate thickness on the ultimate bearing capacity of the SCPs.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the SCPs in the actual bridge are not sensitive to the geometric defect types,and the difference between the ultimate bearing capacities of the SCPs with and without defects is less than 4%.The influence of curvature parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity is not significant when the stiffener spacing is small.When the stiffener spacing is larger,the ultimate bearing capacity initially decreases and then increases with the increase of curvature parameter,and the SCPs with larger curvature parameters have higher ultimate bearing capacities overall.The aspect ratio has no obvious influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the SCPs,and the increase in the thickness of the main plate can lead to an increase of the ultimate bearing capacity of the SCPs.
