摘 要:高原环境下电气化与非电气化区间的跨线运营,对动力集中型动车组的多动力形式融合运用及不同类型动力车间、动力车与拖车间的互联互通互控、各系统间的信息交互和车载网络系统的稳定性、可用性、可靠性提出了更高的要求。针对高原双源动力集中动车组动力源的多样性和安全监控的综合性,从网络传输、互联互通互控、自救援能力提升、安全监测数据融合方面,研究该动车组网络系统的关键技术;在进行动力车与拖车的网络控制系统架构设计的基础上,从动力车网络初运行控制技术、互联互通互控技术、长大隧道条件下自救援技术和综合安全监控技术等方面,优化设计车载网络通信架构,提出不同动力主体下混合牵引、内燃、电力模式的切换控制、整车主动式压力波的一体化控制、内燃动力自救援控制及内燃模式下列车供电系统强行投入控制策略;为实现多动力主体协同的安全监控数据融合,构建动车组车载综合安全监测一体化平台,并进行功能和性能验证。结果表明:高原双源动力集中动车组网络关键技术能够满足恶劣环境及复杂应用场景的需求,研究结论可为后续双源动力集中动车组多种组合方式的推广和应用提供技术支撑和应用保证。The cross-line operation of electrified and non-electrified sections in plateau environments puts forward higher requirements for the integrated application of multi-power forms of power centralized EMUs,as well as the interconnection,intercommunication,and inter-control among different types of power cars,power cars and trailers,the information exchange among various systems,and the stability,availability,and reliability of the on-board network system.In view of the diversity of power sources and the comprehensiveness of safety monitoring of plateau dual-source power centralized EMUs,key technologies for the EMU network system are studied from the aspects of network transmission,interconnection,intercommunication and inter-control,selfrescue capability enhancement,and safety monitoring data fusion.Based on the design of the network control system architecture for the combination of power cars and trailers,the design of the on-board network communication architecture is optimized,taking into account various technologies such as initial operation control technology for power car network,interconnection,intercommunication and inter-control technology,self-rescue technology under long and large tunnels,and comprehensive safety monitoring technology.The switching control strategy of mixed traction,internal combustion,and electric power modes under different power sources is proposed,as well as the integrated control strategy of the entire vehicle′s active pressure wave,the self-rescue control strategy of internal combustion power and the forced activating control strategy of the train power supply system under internal combustion mode.In order to implement the collaborative safety monitoring and data fusion of multi-power sources,an integrated platform of on-board comprehensive safety monitoring of EMUs was developed and its functions and performance were verified.The results showed that the key network technologies of plateau dual-source power centralized EMUs could meet the requirements of harsh environments and
