北京系列遥感卫星及其对我国航天和遥感事业发展的启示

摘　　要：对北京系列遥感卫星的发展进行了回顾。在国家政策的激励下,二十一世纪空间技术应用股份有限公司率先跨入民用航天领域,以优先服务于北京市为应用目标,开创了我国遥感卫星的商业化管理、运营的全新应用服务模式,有力促进了我国遥感卫星商业化和产业化的跨越式发展,成为国家遥感系统的重要补充和组成部分,为我国遥感应用拓宽了空间,并对国家空天遥感发展提出了相关建议。This paper makes a review of the development about the Beijing series of remote sensing satellites.Encouraged by national policies,Twenty First Century Company has taken the lead in entering the field of civil aerospace,with the application goal of prioriting service to Beijing city,it has created a new application service model for the commercial management and operation of China’s remote sensing satellites,and effectively promoted the leapfrog development of the commercialization and industrialization remote sensing satellites in China.It is an important supplement and component of the national aerospace remote sensing system,and broadens the areas for national and local remote sensing applications.This paper also puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of the national aerospace remote sensing.
