摘 要:介绍了北京三号A/B卫星星务分系统的信息处理技术。星务分系统提高测温精度,优化控温算法,利用比例-积分-微分(PID)控制系统,实现对卫星关键部件的高精度控温功能;设计专用的协处理器,实现星上完全自主任务规划,用户只需要挑选期望观测的目标,星上自主任务规划软件就能根据目标信息完成所有观测任务的编排。借助星上全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)接收机,设计高精度时间管理系统,使得任意时刻卫星的时间同步精度优于0.1 ms,保证卫星姿态机动时的成像精度。同时,给出了综合电子技术、软件构件库和数字卫星技术在卫星上的应用情况,可为后续卫星星务分系统的研制提供参考。The information processing technology of housekeeping subsystem for the BJ-3A/B sate ̄llites are introduced.The housekeeping subsystem achieves high-precision temperature control functions for key components of satellites by improving temperature measurement accuracy,optimizing temperature control algorithms and utilizing a PID(proportional integral derivative)control system.A dedicated processor is designed to achieve fully autonomous mission planning on board.Users only need to select the desired observation targets,and the onboard autonomous mission planning software can complete the arrangement of all observation missions based on the target information.With the help of GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)receiver on board,a high-precision time management system is designed to ensure that the time synchronization accuracy is better than 0.1 millisecond at any time,ensuring the imaging accuracy during satellite attitude maneuvering.At the same time,the applications of integrated electronics,software component library and digital satellite are provided,which can provide reference for the development of subsequent satellites housekeeping subsystem.
