摘　　要：马战平主任医师认为肺与鼻生理相关、病理相联,本虚标实是酒糟鼻的主要病因病机,肺损正伤为本,寒凝、湿热、血瘀为标;治疗上,立足于肺,顾护脾胃,祛邪不伤正,扶正不留邪;方药选择以黄连温胆汤、千金苇茎汤、小柴胡汤等加减化裁,而达清热化火、化痰利湿、理气调脾、通利三焦之效;同时择取一例治疗验案,详述其治疗经过及临床效果反馈,为临床诊治该病提供中医理论参考和辨治思路借鉴。MA Zhanping,the Chief physician,believes that the lung is related to the physiology and pathology of the nose.The main cause and pathogenesis of Rosacea is the deficiency of the root and the excess of the root.The damage to the lung is the root cause,and the cold coagulation,damp heat,and blood stasis are the root causes;In terms of treatment,we should focus on the lungs,take care of the spleen and stomach,dispel evil without damaging the right,and support the right without retaining evil;The prescription is made of Huanglian Wendan decoction,Qianjin Weijing decoction,Xiao Chaihu decoction,etc.,which can clear heat,remove phlegm and damp,regulate Qi and regulate spleen,and dredge the triple-Jiao;At the same time,select a treatment case and provide detailed feedback on its treatment process and clinical effects,providing Chinese medicine theoretical reference and differential treatment ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
