摘 要:洁净压缩空气是玻璃基板制造厂的重要动力能源,但压缩空气系统的电能消耗占到生产总能耗的10%左右,节能降耗空间很大。因此,通过阐述洁净压缩空气系统的构成及原理,介绍了几种节能方法,通过联通供气、降低供气压力、增加预冷装置等方法,降低综合能耗,为玻璃制造企业进行节能改造提供了新思路。Clean compressed air is an important power energy in glass substrate factory,but the electric energy consumption of compressed air system accounts for about 10%of the total energy consumption,so there is a large space for energy saving and consumption reduction.Therefore,various energy-saving methods are introduced by describing the structure and principle of clean compressed air system.A new idea for glass manufacturing enterprises to carry out energy-saving transformation was provided by means of the following measures:connecting the air supply,reducing the air supply pressure,adding the precooling device and other methods to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption.
