摘 要:数字孪生作为新一代信息技术和制造产业集成的前提条件,利用闭环交互实现信息物理融合,构建物理实体的数字模型,促进系统的智能化和数字化升级。传统的基于单一对象的数字孪生压铸机器人模型,功能较为单一,忽略了不同层级间的相互影响,无法实时对故障进行预警决策且在进行离线分析时需要依赖实际系统,具有很大的不确定性,动态追踪效果差,应用于高精度压铸机器人时效果不理想。针对这一情况,设计了一种面向压铸机器人现场的数字孪生数据采集与处理系统为压铸机器人提供数据基础,在分析不同数字孪生平台建模效果的基础上,将外部数据与孪生模型进行映射构建动态模型,实现数字模型准确描述物理设备的功能。通过对压铸机器人状态检测以及数据分析,验证数字孪生的辅助决策和运行诊断能力,得到满足需求的压铸机器人数字孪生模型。As the foundation for integrating the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry,digital twins enable closed-loop interaction to achieve integration of information and physical entities.They create digital models of physical objects and promote the intelligent and digital advancement of systems.However,the traditional digital twin model for die casting robots,which is based on a single object,has limited functionality.It lacks the ability to make real-time early warnings for faults and relies on offline analysis,resulting in uncertainties,poor dynamic tracking,and suboptimal performance when applied to high-precision die casting robots.To address this issue,a digital twin data acquisition and processing system for the die casting robot field is designed.This system provides the necessary data foundation for the die casting robot and analyzes the modeling effects of different digital twin platforms.It maps external data to the twin model and builds the model to accurately describe the physical equipment,thus achieving the desired functionality of the digital model.By conducting state detection and data analysis of the die casting robot,the auxiliary decision-making and operation diagnosis capabilities of the digital twin are validated.This process ultimately yields a digital twin model of the die casting robot that meets the specified requirements.
