摘　　要：在世界新一轮科技革命与产业变革中,中美战略博弈日趋激烈,并越来越聚焦于以半导体为代表的尖端技术产业竞争。在美国对华科技打压势头逐渐高涨的背景下,中韩两国半导体产业发展情况发生了较大的变化,具体体现在产业发展环境、产业竞争力、产业控制力与产业链参与程度四个方面,两国半导体产业合作情况也逐渐由互补走向竞争,面临着全球产业链分化重构、大国间科技竞争日益激烈、美国科技霸权阻碍技术流动、“泛安全化”问题愈发严重等深刻挑战。未来中韩两国应合理借助区域经济合作机制,以经济交流为基础,辅之以必要的政治外交手段,多角度、多层级地推进两国半导体产业合作的实践进程。In the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in the world,the strategic game between China and the United States is becoming increasingly fierce,and further focused on the cutting-edge technology industry competition represented by semiconductor.Against the backdrop of continuously and highly suppressing momentum in China's development of science and technology by the US,great changes have taken place in the semiconductor industry development of China and South Korea in such aspects as industrial development environment,industrial competitiveness,industrial control and industrial chain participation.The semiconductor industry cooperation between the two countries has gradually shifted from complementarity to competition,facing profound challenges such as the differentiation and restructuring of the global industrial chain,the increasingly intense competition in science and technology among major countries,the obstruction of technology cooperation by the US hegemony,and the increasingly serious problem of“pan-securitization”.In the future,China and South Korea should reasonably use of regional economic cooperation mechanism,based on economic exchange and supported by necessary political and diplomatic means,to promote the practice process of semiconductor industry cooperation between the two countries from various angles and levels.
