四川石渠高原鼠兔对土壤碳氮含量的影响

摘  要:利用高原鼠兔Ochotona curzoniae有效洞口数差异划分干扰强度,结合重铬酸钾外加热法、酸水解法和凯式法测定不同高原鼠兔干扰强度下土壤碳氮的含量,研究土壤碳氮含量的变化规律。以四川省甘孜藏族自治州石渠县德荣玛乡试验基地的高原鼠兔为研究对象,以有效洞口数将其干扰强度分为7个等级:Ⅰ级(2536个/hm^(2))~Ⅶ级(5812个/hm^(2));Ⅰ级干扰强度下的土壤碳氮含量分别为49.25 g·kg^(-1)和2.41 g·kg^(-1),Ⅶ级的为76.02 g·kg^(-1)和4.94 g·kg^(-1),土壤碳氮含量与高原鼠兔干扰强度之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05);随高原鼠兔干扰强度的增加,土壤碳氮含量呈先上升后降低的趋势,并在Ⅳ级干扰强度达到峰值。因此,当有效洞口数超过3744个/hm^(2)时,需对高原鼠兔种群密度进行科学管理。本研究为石渠县高原鼠兔防治工作的开展提供了理论指导。In this study,the interference intensity of plateau pika(Ochotona curzoniae)on the variation rule of soil car⁃bon and nitrogen contents in Derongma Township(Shiqu County,Sichuan)was determined by using the density of active burrow entrances of plateau pika to differentiate disturbance intensity,combined with the methods of potassium permanga⁃nate digestion,acid hydrolysis,and Kjeldahl.The results showed that the disturbance intensities were divided into 7 lev⁃els,ranging from levelⅠ(2536 active burrow entrances per ha)to levelⅦ(5812 active burrow entrances per ha).At levelⅠ,the soil carbon and nitrogen contents were 49.25 g·kg^(-1) and 2.41 g·kg^(-1),respectively,whereas at levelⅦ,they were 76.02 g·kg^(-1) and 4.94 g·kg^(-1),respectively.The soil carbon and nitrogen contents were significantly correlated(P<0.05)with the disturbance intensity.As the disturbance intensity increased,there was an initial increase and subse⁃quent decrease in the soil carbon and nitrogen contents,with a peak at levelⅣ.Therefore,when the density of active bur⁃row entrances exceeded 3744 per ha,it was necessary to implement scientific management on plateau pika population.This study provides theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of plateau pika in Shiqu County.
