摘　　要：为促进消费者抽吸卷烟产品时燃吸体验性质量的提升,对烟支压实端切割位置偏移与烟支吸阻、总通风率、卷烟燃烧锥掉落倾向、卷烟机空头剔除率展开相关性分析。结果表明,减小烟支压实端切割位置偏移对降低烟支吸阻指标波动、总通风率指标波动和卷烟燃烧锥掉落倾向有明显促进作用,同时对稳定和改善烟支感官质量、降低卷接机空头烟支剔除率有促进作用。通过对生产过程卷烟机烟支压实端切割位置偏移实施准确性优化,可进一步促进卷烟燃吸体验性质量的稳定和改善。In order to promote the improvement of the quality of smoking experience for consumers when smoking cigarette products,a correlation analysis was conducted between the deviation of the cutting position of the cigarette compaction end and the cigarette suction resistance,total ventilation rate,the tendency of the cigarette combustion cone to fall,and the rate of cigarette machine short end rejection.The results show that reducing the deviation of the cutting position at the compaction end of cigarettes has a significant promoting effect on reducing the fluctuation of cigarette suction resistance index,total ventilation rate index,and the tendency of cigarette combustion cone to fall.At the same time,it has a promoting effect on stabilizing and improving the sensory quality of cigarettes and reducing the removal rate of empty cigarettes in the cigarette splicing machine.By optimizing the accuracy of the cutting position deviation at the compaction end of the cigarette holder in the production process,it can further promote the stability and improvement of the quality of the cigarette smoking experience.
