摘  要:几乎所有的磷矿都伴生有稀土矿,伴生稀土矿大都可以用碱熔消解完全(如难熔的磷钇矿)。微波碱熔消解的优点是能在短时间内消解完全,不需设专门的高温间,成本低廉,操作简单安全,比传统消解减少了环境污染。文章在已有研究基础上,用微波碱熔,偶氮氯膦Ⅲ发色,722型分光光度计在吸收波长690 nm处测定了晋宁磷矿中单一稀土含量(不同的单一矿样累加可算出总含量或需要的部分含量),与传统高温炉消解ICP法测定结果比对,无显著性差异,相对标准偏差3.89%,加标回收率95.6%~109.5%。方法检出限低,试剂用量少,是一种测定晋宁磷矿中稀土单一含量或总量切实可行的方法。Almost all phosphate ores are associated with rare earth ores,and most of the associated rare earth minerals can be completely digested by alkali melting(such as refractory xenotime).It has low cost,simple and safe operation,and reduces environmental pollution compared with traditional digestion.Based on the existing research,this paper uses microwave alkali fusion,azochlorophosphineⅢcolor development,722 type spectrophotometer at the absorption wavelength of 690 nm The content of single rare earth in Jinning phosphate ore was determined(the total content or the required partial content can be calculated by accumulating different single ore samples).Compared with the traditional high-temperature furnace digestion ICP method,there was no significant difference between them,and the relative standard deviation was 3.89%,and the recovery rate of standard addition was from 95.6%to 109.5%.The method has a low detection limit and a small amount of reagents.It is a practical method for determining the single content or total amount of rare earth in Jinning phosphate mine.
