摘  要:对四(三氟膦)镍中镍的丰度分析方法进行了探究,针对四(三氟膦)镍的性质设计了四(三氟膦)镍的取样方法,并完成了四(三氟膦)镍取样试验和镍的丰度分析试验。结果表明,根据设计的取样流程,采取冷冻取样法可对四(三氟膦)镍进行取样,该取样方法操作安全便捷,能够减少样品中杂质。用MAT-253质谱仪可对四(三氟膦)镍的样品进行分析,将Ni的信号峰与NIST库中标准丰度值进行对比,Ni丰度相对误差符合化学分析的要求。The nickel isotope in Ni(PF_(3))_(4) was explored.The sampling method of Ni(PF_(3))_(4) was designed for its properties.The sampling experiment of Ni(PF_(3))_(4) and the isotope abundance analysis experiment were completed.The results indicated that the freezing sampling method was used in Ni(PF_(3))_(4) according to the designed sampling process.This sampling method is safe and convenient to operate,and can reduce impurities in the sample.Ni(PF_(3))_(4) can be analyzed with MAT-253 mass spectrometer.Compared with the standard abundance in the NIST library,the relative error of Ni abundance meet the requirements of chemical analysis.
