中国页岩油规模化效益化开发探析

摘　　要：从国际、国内能源需求、能源结构等方面分析总结了我国页岩油规模效益开发的意义。通过分析北美页岩油在技术突破、资源认识、资金配合等方面的情况,提出我国页岩油规模效益开发存在开采难度大、投资大、成本高、效益低等问题。以我国目前产量最大的油气田企业—长庆油田的实际运行为例,总结了页岩油开发中探索、攻关的过程以及取得的成效。对页岩油规模效益开发提出了地质认识、技术突破、团队运行、政策助力等相关建议。The significance of China s shale oil scale efficiency development is analyzed and summarized in terms of international and domestic energy demand and energy structure.By analyzing North American shale oil in terms of technological breakthrough,resource awareness,and financial cooperation,it is proposed that there are problems of difficult exploitation,large investment,high cost,and low benefit in the scale and efficiency development of shale oil in China.The actual operation of Changqing oilfield,the largest oil and gas field enterprise in China at present,is used as an example to summarize the process of exploration and attack in shale oil development and the results achieved.Suggestions related to geological understanding,technological breakthrough,team operation,and policy assistance are made for shale oil scale efficiency development.
