摘 要:以热连轧生产线批量生产的X65M管线钢为研究对象,通过热轧工艺调控分析其对X65M管线钢冲击断口分离的影响。以低温冲击试验为基础探索X65M管线冲击功的变化规律,利用金相显微镜(OM)对实验钢进行显微组织观察,借助扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析(SEM-EDS)对断口位置进行形貌分析。断口分离比例由原来的81%降低到20%左右,在-65℃时冲击试验时,分离评级由Ⅳ级降低到Ⅱ级。在-20℃、-45℃温度下进行冲击试验,冲击功由160~220J提高到290~300J;在-55℃下进行冲击试验,冲击功由160J提高到220J,较好地改善了X65M管线钢冲击韧性和抗裂纹性能。This paper takes X65M pipeline steel mass-produced on the hot-rolled coil production line as the research object,and analyzes its influence on the impact fracture separation of X65M pipeline steel by adjusting the hot rolling process.Based on the low temperature impact experiment,the change law of the impact energy of the experimental steel was explored,the microstructure of the experimental steel was observed by metallographic microscope(OM),the fracture position was analyzed with the help of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis(SEM-EDS).The results show that the fracture separation ratio is reduced from the original 80%to about 20%,the separation rating is reduced fromⅣtoⅡin the impact test at-65℃.The impact test is conducted at the temperature of-20℃and-45℃,and the impact energy is increased from 160~220 J to 290~300 J;the impact test is conducted at-55℃,and the impact work is increased from 160 J to 220 J,which improves the impact toughness and crack resistance of X65M pipeline steel.
