摘　　要：建立了离子色谱法-氢氧根淋洗液测定生活饮用水高氯酸盐。采用AS20色谱柱,用离子色谱法进行检测。实验结果:标准曲线的线性相关系数R为0.999 2;方法测定下限为0.005 mg/L;准确度为85.7%~107%;精密度为1.5%~9.3%。该方法操作简便,有较高的稳定性,结果准确,适合用于水中高氯酸盐的检测。A method for the determination of perchlorate in drinking water by ion chromatography-hydroxide eluent was developed.An AS20 column is used for ion chromatography.The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.9992,the lower limit of the method is 0.005 mg/L,the accuracy is 85.7%-107%,and the precision is 1.5%-9.3%.The method is simple,stable,accurate and suitable for the detection of perchlorate in water.
