摘  要:为了有效应对柔性作业车间中的扰动事件,提出了一种基于INSGA-III算法的多目标动态调度方法。首先在现有动态调度驱动机制研究的基础上,提出一种基于重调度需求度的混合动态调度驱动机制。接着建立了以客户满意度、设备总负载以及方案偏移度为优化目标的柔性作业车间多目标动态调度模型,并对基本NSGA-III算法的编码方式、交叉算子与交叉变异概率进行设计,提出一种INSGA-III求解算法。最后展示的实际扰动案例中客户满意度提高23.21%,设备总负载降低0.86%,方案偏移度为12.04%,验证了模型及算法的可行性与有效性。A multi-objective dynamic scheduling method based on INSGA-III algorithm is proposed in order to effectively deal with the disturbance events in the flexible job shop.Firstly,a hybrid dynamic scheduling driver mechanism based on the demand degree of rescheduling is proposed based on the ex-isting dynamic scheduling driver mechanism.And a flexible job shop multi-objective dynamic schedul-ing model was established,which took customer satisfaction,total equipment load and scheme offset as optimization objectives.Then an INSGA-III algorithm was proposed which the coding mode,crossover operator,crossover probability and mutation probability are redesigned compared with the basic NS-GA-III algorithm.Finally,in the actual disturbance case shown,the customer satisfaction increased by 23.21%,the total load of the equipment decreased by 0.86%,and the scheme offset was 12.04%.And the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm are verified.
