摘  要:聚离子液体作为离子液体单体的聚合产物,结合了离子液体的独特性质(结构多样性、可调溶解性、化学/热稳定性、导电性等)和聚合物的优良性能,在众多领域都有广泛的应用。近几年,聚离子液体的研究重点正在向生物医药领域转移,并为生物医药的发展做出了许多贡献。从分离蛋白质、抗菌、药物递送三个方面综述了聚离子液体在生物医药领域的应用,指出将聚离子液体与其他新兴的材料(如共价有机骨架材料、金属有机骨架材料等)结合使用,能获得结构性能更加优异的材料,以解决更多生命科学和制药领域中的难题。Polyionic liquids,as polymerization products of ionic liquid monomers,combine the unique properties of ionic liquids(structural diversity,adjustable solubility,chemical/thermal stability,electrical conductivity,etc.)with the excellent properties of polymers,and have been widely used in many fields.In recent years,the research focus of polyionic liquids is shifting to the field of biomedicine,and has made many contributions to the development of biomedicine.This article reviews the application of polyionic liquids in the field of biomedicine from three aspects,such as protein isolation,antibiosis and drug delivery.It is pointed out that the combination of polyionic liquids with other emerging materials(such as covalent organic framework materials,metal organic framework materials,etc.)can obtain materials with better structural properties to solve more problems in the fields of life science and pharmaceuticals.
