摘 要:因3D打印技术可以根据患者需求进行个性化的结构构建,在精准医学领域受到额外关注。介绍了常用3D打印技术熔融沉积成型、喷墨打印、直接墨水书写和基于粉末床的选择性激光烧结的原理及其适用领域,综述了多种用于3D打印的生物材料包括合成类可降解聚合物如聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸及其共聚物,天然高分子如蛋白质和多糖,永久性植入体如金属和不可降解聚合物等在组织修复中的应用,分析了这些生物材料的优点和存在的不足之处,总结了3D打印用生物材料的发展现状,并对3D打印技术在精准医学领域的应用前景进行了展望。3D printing technology attracts great attention in the field of precise medicine because it can be used to construct personalized structures according to patient demand.The mechanism and application of commonly used 3D printing techniques such as fused deposition modeling,inkjet printing,direct ink writing and powder-bed-based selective laser sintering are introduced,followed by review of various biomaterials for 3D printing technology used for tissue repair,including synthetic degradable polymers such as poly(lactic acid),poly(glycolic acid)and their copolymers,nature polymers such as proteins and polysaccharides,as well as permanent implants such as metals and non-degradable polymers.Advantages and limitations of these biomaterials are analyzed,and current situation and development of 3D printing biomaterials are summarized.Finally,outlook of 3D printing technology applied in precision medicine is given.
