摘 要:脂质体是将药物包封于类脂质双分子层内而形成的微型囊泡。脂质体干粉吸入剂(Liposomal dry powder inhalation,LDPI)又称作脂质体吸入粉雾剂,在肺部给药方面呈现出众多的优势,可将药物靶向递送到作用部位,缓慢释放。具有可以延长药物作用时间、降低毒性、提高药物稳定性等优点。LDPI在全球新型给药系统药物市场中占据重要地位,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。笔者主要从脂质体粉雾剂的制备方式和应用进展两方面进行综述。Liposomes are micro vesicles formed by encapsulating drugs in a lipid bilayer of molecules.Liposomal dry powder inhalation(LDPI),also known as liposomal inhalant aerosol,has demonstrated numerous advantages in the inhalation of drugs in the lungs by targeting drug delivery to the site of action for slow release.It has the advantages of prolonging drug action time,reducing toxicity and improving drug stability.LDPI occupies an important position in the global drug market of novel drug delivery system and has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.This article mainly reviews the preparation method and application progress of liposomal dry powder inhaler.
