摘  要:在基于立靶成像的靶场火炮静态参数测量过程中,存在着因成像透视畸变和环境光照不均匀影响测量精度的问题,提出了一种提高测量精度和自动化程度的成像靶板设计。首先,通过透射式成像和合理选材来降低环境光照影响、提高成像靶板复杂环境的适应能力;然后,通过合作目标配合自动定位算法实现靶板的自动定位;最后搭建火炮偏离角模拟实验验证精度,实验结果表明偏离角检测精度达到0.003 mil,满足火炮偏离角测量的实际测量需求。成像靶板设计可有效适用于瞄线与火线同步精度测定和炮管偏离角测量等多种火炮静态参数测量项目工程。In the process of static parameter measurement of range artillery based on vertical target imaging,there are problems that the measurement accuracy is affected by imaging perspective distortion and uneven environmental illumination.An imaging target design to improve the measurement accuracy and automation is proposed.Firstly,through transmission imaging and reasonable material selection,we can reduce the impact of environmental light and improve the adaptability of the imaging target to the complex environment;Then,the automatic positioning of the target board is realized by cooperating with the automatic positioning algorithm;Finally,the simulation experiment of artillery deviation angle is built to verify the accuracy.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of deviation angle reaches 0.003 mil,which meets the actual measurement requirements of artillery deviation angle measurement.The design of imaging target plate can be effectively applied to many projects of artillery static parameter measurement,such as the synchronous accuracy measurement of line of sight and line of fire and the measurement of barrel deviation angle.
