摘  要:基于平均应力法和局部应变法,针对某型航空发动机高负荷压气机第一级整体叶盘开展破裂转速预测与试验验证。结果表明:平均应力法对破裂裕度的预测结果偏保守,预测值较实测值偏低4.94%,工程应用偏于安全;而局部应变法对破裂裕度的预测结果比实测值偏高8.94%,工程应用偏于危险。两种方法对于破裂形式和起裂位置的预测均与实测结果相符。设计结果可应用于航空发动机整体叶盘及分离式轮盘结构在初步设计阶段的方案选型中,对快速优选轮盘方案具有指导意义。Based on the mean stress method and local strain method,the burst speed prediction and experiment verification of the first stage disk of an aeroengine high pressure compressor were carried out.The results show that the predicted burst margin by average stress method is conservative and 4.94%lower than experiment result,while the prediction burst marginbylocal strain method is 8.94%higher than experiment result and dangerous for engineering application.The results also show that prediction of fracture form and initial fracture location by the two methods are consistent with experiment phenomenon.Therefore,average stress method is safer than local strain method in engineering application of aeroengine design.The results of this paper can be applied to the designing scheme selection of aeroengine blisks and separated disks in the preliminary design stage,and can be guideline for the rapid selection of disk structure.
