摘　　要：随着科技的进步,产业化科技项目更加密切地影响着产业的发展质量、产业安全和知识传承。但同时,其档案管理却出现了人才缺乏、标准不一等问题,严重影响了产业化科技项目的转型发展。以汉中市畜牧业为例,对其产业化科技项目档案管理的特点和短板进行了分析,并提出了教育培训、完善制度、数字赋能、重视编研等措施。以期为规范畜牧业产业化科技项目档案管理提供有益参考。With the development of science and technology,industrial science and technology projects are more deeply affecting the development quality of the industry,industrial safety and knowledge inheritance.However,there are problems such as lack of talents and different standards in its archives management,which seriously affect the transformation and development of industrial science and technology projects.Taking the animal husbandry industry in Hanzhong as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of file management of industrial science and technology projects,and puts forward some measures such as education and training,perfecting system,digital enabling and attaching importance to compilation and research.It is expected to provide reference for regulating the file management of science and technology projects of animal husbandry industrialization.
