摘　　要：论述新媒体艺术发展背景下动漫设计与制作人才培养面临的新要求,探讨了动漫设计与制作人才未来发展的主体趋势,提出了提升动漫设计与制作人才培养水平的实践策略。This article discusses the new requirements faced by the cultivation of animation design and production talents in the context of the development of new media art,explores the main trends in the future development of animation design and production talents,and proposes practical strategies to improve the level of talent cultivation in animation design and production.
