60例小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长同期整形的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长同期整形手术的临床效果。方法 2020-2022年福建医科大学附属漳州市医院整形美容科治疗小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长患者60例均采用先弧形切除过长的阴蒂包皮,使之转化为单纯小阴唇肥大,再行小阴唇边缘线性切除手术。术后随访观察恢复情况及患者的满意率。结果 共纳入60例患者,年龄20-45岁,平均27岁。其中单侧小阴唇肥大合并单侧阴蒂包皮肥大4例(6.7%),单侧小阴唇肥大合并双侧阴蒂包皮肥大3例(5%),双侧小阴唇肥大合并单侧阴蒂包皮肥大9例(15%),双侧小阴唇肥大合并双侧阴蒂包皮肥大44例(73.3%)。共获得55份术后6个月患者满意度调查问卷,5例失访,2例患者出现术后并发症,其中血肿1例,瘢痕增生伴明显疼痛1例,进行相应处理后,所有患者术后恢复良好。并发症发生率为3.6%(2/55),患者总体满意率94.5%(52/55)。结论 采用弧形切除过长阴蒂包皮,同时采用边缘线性切除处理小阴唇肥大,术后外观满意,并发症无增加,手术难度下降。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simultaneous plastic surgery for labia minora and clitoris prepuce hypertrophy.Methods 60 patients with complex labia minora and clitoris prepuce hypertrophy in the plastic surgery Department of the Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from 2020 to 2022 were selected.The redundant prepuce of clitoris were repaired by arc-shaped resection to transform the complex labia minora and clitoris prepuce hypertrophy into labia minora hypertrophy,and then labiaplasty was performed by edge resection in all the paitions.Postoperatives follow-up were conducted to observe the recovery and satisfaction.Resluts 60 patients who were 20-45 years old(average 27 years old)were followed up for 6 months,including 4 patients(6.7%)with unilateral labia minora+unilateral clitoris prepuce hypertrophy,4 patients(5%)with unilateral labia minora+bilateral clitoris prepuce hypertrophy,9 patients(15%)with bilateral labia minor+unilateral clitoris prepuce hypertrophy and 44 patients(73.3%)with bilateral labia minor+bilateral clitoris prepuce hypertrophy.A total of 55 questionnaires on patient satisfaction 6 months after surgery were obtained,5 patients were lost to follow-up,and 2 patients had postoperative complications,including 1 hematoma and 1 scar hyperplasia with obvious pain.All patients recovered well after corresponding treatment.The complication rate was 3.6%(2/55),and the overall satisfaction rate was 94.5%(52/55).Conclusion.The curved excision of the over-long clitoral prepuce and the linear excision of the edge were used to treat the hypertrophy of the labia minora.The postoperative appearance was satisfactory,the complications were not increased,the difficulty of the operation was reduced,and it was easy to popularize.
