基于放松训练的心理模式结合5E康复模式对颌骨囊肿患者围术期康复效果的研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨基于放松训练的心理模式结合5E康复模式对颌骨囊肿患者围术期康复效果的研究。方法以2021年4月-2022年4月在我院收治的324例颌骨囊肿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各162例,分别给予常规护理及基于放松训练的心理模式结合5E康复模式护理。对比两组心理韧性、应对方式、生活质量,统计两组不良反应发生率。结果干预前,两组心理韧性评分比较(P>0.05);干预后,研究组心理韧性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组应对方式评分比较(P>0.05);干预后,研究组应对方式评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较(P>0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组面部畸形、感染、上颌疼痛、面部麻木高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于放松训练的心理模式结合5E康复模式能够有效提高颌骨囊肿患者围术期心理韧性,提高患者积极应对方式及生活质量,降低不良反应发生情况,可在临床推广应用。Objective This study aims to investigate the effect of mental model based on relaxation training combined with 5E rehabilitation model on perioperative rehabilitation of patients with jaw cyst.Methods A total of 324 patients with jaw cyst admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research object,and were divided into the control group and the research group with 162 cases by random number table method.They were given routine nursing and mental model based on relaxation training combined with 5E rehabilitation mode.The mental toughness,coping style and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before intervention,the scores of mental toughness were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the mental toughness score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the coping style scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After intervention,the coping style score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After intervention,the life quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The facial deformity,infection,maxillary pain and facial numbness in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental model based on relaxation training combined with 5E rehabilitation model can effectively improve the perioperative mental toughness of patients with jaw cyst,improve the positive coping style and quality of life of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which can be applied in clinical application.
