摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化,心脏瓣膜外科手术总量呈上升趋势。由于技术与材料的发展,心脏瓣膜外科新技术层出不穷。本文从不同瓣膜手术方面解析了我国心脏瓣膜外科现状和存在的问题,以及新技术对传统瓣膜外科手术的影响。并就当前形势,对我国心脏瓣膜外科在人才培养和学科发展方面提出了思考和建议。Due to the population aging in China,the total number of heart valve surgeries is continuously increasing.Cardiac valve surgery technology is developing rapidly with emerging new technology options.In this article,we thoroughly analysed the current situation and remaining problems of heart valve surgeries in China,and the impact of new technologies on traditional heart valve surgery in terms of mitral valve,aortic valve and tricuspid valve surgery.Finally,we put forward our thoughts and considerations and suggestions on training surgeons in the field of heart valve surgeries and the future development of heart valve surgery under the current situation in China.
