摘　　要：靶向超声造影技术是通过将拥有组织特异性的靶标分子连接到超声造影剂表面,继而使超声造影剂聚集在靶器官或组织处以增强声学信号,实现定性和定量分析活体组织细胞、分子水平的生理及病理变化过程或局部靶向治疗的目的,为疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供新方法。系统阐述超声造影技术、靶向超声造影剂的制备、种类和特征,并对超声造影剂在血栓溶解及心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病中的应用进行综述以期在心脏结构和功能评价、疾病诊断、疾病监测及靶向治疗等方面发挥更大的作用。Targeted contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology connects tissue-specific target molecules to the surface of the ultrasound contrast agent,and.then enables the ultrasound contrast agent to gather in the target organ or tissue to enhance the acoustic signal,so as to achieve qualitative and quantitative analysis of physiological and pathological changes in living tissue at the cellular and molecular level or local targeted therapy,providing a new method for the early diagnosis and treatment of diseases.This paper systematically describes the preparation,types and characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology and targeted ultrasound contrast agents,and reviews the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in cardiovascular diseases such as thrombolysis,myocardial infarction and atherosclerosis,with a view to playing a greater role in cardiac structure and function evaluation,disease diagnosis,disease monitoring and targeted therapy.
