摘　　要：美国不断加快创新驱动发展步伐,进一步部署和实施区域创新发展,强化科技赋能经济增长。本文通过介绍美国“区域技术和创新中心计划”和其他主要区域创新发展措施,分析和总结美国开展区域创新的政策框架和实施思路。The U.S.has been accelerating innovation-driven development,further deploying and implementing regional innovation development,and strengthening technology-enabled economic growth.By introducing the U.S.Regional Technology and Innovation Hubs and other main regional innovation development measures,this paper analyzes and summarizes the policy framework and implementation ideas of regional innovation in the U.S.
