摘  要:基于人工表面等离子体激元(Spoof Surface Plasmon Polarizations,SSPPs),提出了一种应用于毫米波和微波频段的大频率比双频天线。研究了SSPPs直接馈电的毫米波圆极化贴片天线。通过采用基于SSPPs的1分4并联馈电网络对4个圆极化贴片单元进行激励,设计实现了工作在毫米波频段的圆极化贴片天线阵列。仿真结果表明,天线阵列具有超过20%的-10 dB阻抗带宽和3%的3 dB轴比带宽。同时,天线结构在微波频段具有单极子天线的辐射特性,-10 dB阻抗带宽约为7.9%。A dual-band antenna with large frequency ratio for millimeter-wave and microwave applications is proposed based on Spoof Surface Plasmon Polarizations(SSPPs).The SSPPs-fed millimeter-wave circularly polarized patch antenna is studied.After that,by using the SSPPs-based 1-to-4 parallel feeding network to excite four circularly polarized patch elements,a circularly polarized patch antenna array is realized in millimeter-wave band.As indicated by the simulated results,the impedance bandwidth of-10 dB is wider than 20%and the AR bandwidth of 3 dB is wider than 3%.Moreover,the proposed structure acts as a monopole antenna in the microwave band whose impedance bandwidth of-10 dB is about 7.9%.
