摘 要:设计了应用于高精度毫米波雷达的高隔离度4发4收喇叭天线阵列。采用2个1×4喇叭线阵并列排布实现了4发4收。通过在收发单元之间增加金属挡板提升单元之间的隔离度。采用3D打印技术对所设计的阵列进行了一体化加工。测试结果表明,所设计阵列中的喇叭单元具有超过28.7%的-10 dB阻抗带、8.5 dBi的最大增益以及稳定的辐射特性,且收发单元之间的隔离度在工作频段内达到了45 dB。所提出的高隔离度收发阵列适合于140 GHz雷达系统。A high isolation horn antenna array with four transmitters and four receivers for high precision millimeter-wave radar is designed.Two 1×4 linear arrays are arranged in parallel to achieve four transmitters and four receivers.The isolation between the transmitting and receiving elements is improved by adding metal baffles between them.The designed array is fabricated by using 3D printing technology in a whole piece.The measured results show that the horn elements in the designed array have a-10 dB impedance bandwidth of over 28.7%,a maximum gain of 8.5 dBi and stable radiation characteristics.The isolation between the transmitting and receiving elements reaches 45 dB.The proposed receiving and transmitting horn antenna array with high isolation is suitable for 140 GHz radar systems.
