摘 要:可重构智能表面(Reconfigure Intelligent Surface,RIS)作为6G通信的潜在关键技术,目前已应用于物理层安全领域,以增强安全传输。由于“乘性衰落”效应,无源RIS相较于没有RIS只能有限提高通信的保密速率。为此,考虑完全未知窃听者信道状态信息(Channel State Information,CSI)的场景下,提出有源RIS通过联合优化波束成形和干扰的方法来提高多输入单输出(Multiple-Input Single-Output,MISO)通信系统的安全性。为了解决基于上述情况下产生的非凸问题,采用了半正定松弛(Semi-Definite Relaxation,SDR)结合查恩斯-库珀变换(Charnes-Copper Transformation,CCT)算法来优化问题。此外,为了恢复SDR中的最优秩1解,采用了一种基于惩罚因子的算法来全局实现秩1解。仿真结果表明,有源RIS相较于无源RIS保密速率得到显著提高。As a potential key technology of 6G communication,Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface(RIS)has been applied in the field of physical layer security to enhance secure transmission.However,due to the effect of“double fading”,passive RIS can only improve the security rate of communication in a limited way compared with no RIS.For this reason,considering the completely unknown Channel State Information(CSI)of the eavesdropper,an active RIS is proposed to improve the security of Multiple-Input Single-Output(MISO)communication systems by jointly optimizing beamforming and interference.In order to solve the non-convex problem based on the above situation,the Semi-Definite Relaxation(SDR)and Charnes Cooper Transformation(CCT)algorithm are used to optimize the problem.In addition,in order to recover the optimal rank-1 solution in SDR,an algorithm based on penalty factor is adopted to globally realize the rank-1 solution.The simulation results show that the security rate of active RIS is significantly higher than that of passive RIS.
