摘  要:为了改善聚碳酸酯(PC)存在的刚性高、流动性差,易发生应力开裂的缺点,选用力学性能、热稳定性和柔韧性均优的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)作为填料,采用超声化学沉积法制备了分散性和相容性更优,比表面积更大的纳米PET(NPET),并通过熔融挤出法制备PC/NPET复合材料,采用粒度测试、扫描电子显微镜、熔体流动速率分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、热重分析、动态扫描量热测试和力学性能测试,研究了PC/NPET复合材料的粒径分布情况、流动性、基团归属、结晶性、相容性、热稳定性以及力学性能。结果表明,制备的NPET达到了纳米级;NPET的加入改善了PC的流动性;随着NPET含量的增加,PC/NPET复合材料的特征峰发生偏移且强度增强;PC/NPET复合材料的热稳定性和结晶度有所降低,复合材料的结晶温度呈先降低后增加的趋势,熔融温度逐渐减少;力学性能分析表明,PC/NPET复合材料的断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度先增加再减少,拉伸强度逐渐减少,综合填充量和力学性能考虑,最佳配比为:m_(PC)/m_(NPET)=75/25,此时PC/NPET的断裂伸长率较纯PC增加了20.53%,缺口冲击强度提高了19.52kJ/m^(2)。In order to improve the shortcomings of polycarbonate(PC),such as high rigidity,poor fluidity and easy stress cracking,polyethylene terephthalate(PET),which has excellent mechanical properties,thermal stability and flexibility,was selected as the filler,and better dispersibility and compatibility was prepared by ultrasonic chemical deposition method.Nano PET(NPET)with larger surface area was prepared by melt extrusion method.Particle size test,scanning electron microscopy,melt flow rate anal‐ysis,infrared analysis,thermal analysis,differentialscanningcalorimetry test and mechanical test were used.The particle size distribu‐tion,fluidity,Fourier transform infrared group affiliation,crystallinity,compatibility,thermal stability and mechanical properties of PC/NPET composites were studied.The results show that the prepared NPET reaches the nanometer level.The addition of NPET improves the liquidity of PC.With the increase of NPET content,the characteristic peaks of PC/NPET composites shift and their strength increases.The thermal stability and crystallinity of PC/NPET composites decrease,crystallization temperature decreas‐es first and then increases,and melting temperature decreases gradually.Mechanical property analysis shows that the elongation at break and notch impact strength of PC/NPET composites first increase and then decrease,while the tensile strength gradually decreases.Considering the filling amount and mechanical properties,the optimal ratio is:mNPET/mPC=25/75,elongation at break of PC/NPET composites increases by 20.53%compared with pure PC,notch impact strength increases by 19.52 kJ/m^(2).
