摘 要:选用生物降解塑料作为原材料,将构建的国际象棋棋子三维模型导入Moldex3D软件,根据模型结构特点设计流道和冷却水路等,修复和生成网格,再依据材料特性设置成型条件,模拟国际象棋的注射成型过程。根据初始模流分析结果,对流动波前温度、充填压力、凹痕位移和翘曲进行讨论。结果发现,在初始成型条件下制品表面存在严重的凹痕和翘曲问题。因此基于以上实验结果,调整成型条件,以保压时间(A)、最大保压压力百分数(B)(代表实际保压压力)和冷却时间(C)为控制因子,设计三因子三水平的正交试验,并利用方差分析进行验证。通过极差R分析发现3个控制因子对凹痕位移的影响程度为R(B)>R(A)>R(C),对翘曲的影响程度为R(A)>R(C)>R(B),确定了成型参数的最优组合为A_(3)B_(3)C_(3),即当保压时间为20s,最大保压压力百分数为77%,冷却时间为30s时,国际象棋棋子的质量最好,凹痕位移最大值为0.041mm,比初始结果降低了84.4%;翘曲总位移最大值为1.342mm,比初始结果降低30.5%。方差分析显示对凹痕位移和翘曲影响最大的分别为最大保压压力百分数和保压时间,与正交试验的极差分析结果一致,验证了分析的准确性。Using biodegradable plastic as the raw material,the constructed 3D model of chess pieces was imported into Moldex3D software.Based on the structural characteristics of the model,flow channels and cooling waterways were designed,and grids were repaired and generated.Then,molding conditions were set based on material properties to simulate the injection molding process of chess pieces.Based on the initial model flow analysis results,the convective wavefront temperature,filling pressure,indentation displacement,and vwarpage were discussed.It is found that there were serious dents and warping issues on the surface of the product under initial molding condition.Therefore,based on the above experimental results,the molding conditions were adjusted,with holding time(A),maximum holding pressure percentage(B)(replesenting actual holding pressure),and cooling time(C)as control factors.A three factor and three level orthogonal experiment was designed and validated using analysis of variance.Through range(R)analysis,it is found that the influence of three control factors on the displacement of dents is R(B)>R(A)>R(C),and the influence on warping is R(A)>R(C)>R(B).The optimal combination of forming parameters was determined to be A_(3)B_(3)C_(3),that is,when the holding time is 20 seconds,the maximum holding pressure percentage is 77%,and the cooling time is 30 s,the quality of chess pieces is the best,with the maximum displacement of dents being 0.041 mm,a decrease of 84.4%compared with the intitial result;The maximum total displacement of warping is 1.342 mm,which is 30.5%lower than the initial result.Analysis of variance shows that the factors maximum holding pressure percentage and holding time have the greatest impact on dent displace‐ment and warping,respectively,which are consistent with the range analysis results of orthogonal experiments and verify the accura‐cy of the analysis.
