摘 要:针对中控后端盖板壁厚不均且塑件内部具有较多的加强筋、Boss柱和异形倒扣等特征,设计了一副“一模一腔”的热流道气辅注塑成型模具。采用CAE模流分析技术对塑件进行“充填+保压+翘曲”分析,确定了浇注系统采用“4点阀式热流道+U型冷流道”的组合形式以及进气口位置,并对塑件成型过程中出现的缺陷进行预判。由CAE分析结果可知,塑件表面无明显熔接线和凹痕,气体可以将较厚筋位中间部位进行穿透形成中空,且气体穿透后塑件相邻区域收缩较为均匀,翘曲变形较小。由于塑件内表面结构较为复杂,因此设计了8组斜顶抽芯机构解决了产品侧向抽芯问题;且在顶出机构中设计了“顶针+顶杆+方直顶”的组合机构对产品、冷流道和多余溢料进行顶出。但此模具下模板、顶针板和顶针固定板上安装的顶针、顶杆和斜顶的数量较多,注塑机无法为模具提供顶出力,所以需要设计油缸给模具提供动力。冷却系统则采用直通式水管+隔板式水井相组合的形式,可以使冷却效果大幅度提高。经过实际生产验证表明,模具运行顺畅,各机构设计安全合理,成型塑件的质量和精度能够满足实际生产的需求。Aiming at the uneven wall thickness of the rear cover plate of the central control and the characteristics of more stiffeners,boss columns and special-shaped inverted buckles inside the plastic parts,a pair of hot runner gas-assisted injection molding molds of"one mold and one cavity"was designed.CAE mold flow analysis technology was used to analyze the plastic parts by"filling+pressure holding+warpage",and the combination form of"4-point valve hot runner+U-shaped cold runner"and the position of the air inlet of the pouring system were determined,and the defects in the molding process of the plastic parts were predicted.From the CAE analysis results,it can be seen that there are no obvious weld lines and dents on the surface of the plastic parts,and the gas can penetrate the middle part of the thicker ribs to form a hollow,and the adjacent areas of the plastic parts shrink more evenly after the gas penetrates,and the warpage deformation is small.Due to the complex structure of the inner surface of plastic parts,eight sets of inclined top core pulling mechanisms were designed to solve the problem of lateral core pulling of prod‐ucts;And in the ejection mechanism,a combination mechanism of"ejector pin+ejector rod+square straight top"is designed to eject the product,cold runner and excess overflow.However,the number of ejectors,ejector rods and inclined tops installed on the template,ejector plate and ejector fixing plate under this mold is large,and the injection molding machine cannot provide ejection force for the mold,so it is necessary to design an oil cylinder to power the mold.The cooling system adopts the combination of straight-through water pipe+bulkhead well,which can greatly improve the cooling effect.After actual production verification,it shows that the mold runs smoothly,the design of each mechanism is safe and reasonable,and the quality and precision of molded plastic parts can meet the needs of actual production.
