摘　　要：南水北调东线一期工程北延应急供水工程已于2019年5月通水。东线一期工程的成本费用直接影响着北延应急供水水价。在南水北调东线一期工程可行性研究成本费用组成、分类基础上,利用工程初步设计阶段投资,按照工程区段分析东线一期工程成本费用,并提出适时调整水价建议,为合理制定北延应急供水水价提供参考。The Northern Extension Emergency Water Supply Project of the Phase I of the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project was put into operation in May 2019.The cost of the Phase I of the East Route Project directly affects the water price for the north extension emergency water supply.Based on the composition and classification of the cost analysis of the feasibility study of the Phase I of the East Route Project,and utilizing the investment in the preliminary design stage,the cost analysis of the Phase I of the East Route Project is conducted according to different sections,and timely suggestions for adjusting the water price are proposed to provide reference for the reasonable formulation of the water price for the north extension emergency water supply.
