关于柳州南编组站挖潜提效的探讨

摘　　要：随着铁路货物运输需求逐年增长,铁路运输组织效率面临挑战,尤其是对编组站的运输组织效率提出了较高的要求。由于组织模式不顺畅、结合部问题多的矛盾日益突出,造成编组站阶段性拥堵、解编效率下降,直接影响货运上量。以柳州南编组站为例,分析影响编组站运输组织效率的主要原因,通过信息技术、优化作业流程、强化站区联劳、平衡上下行系统运输、提升运输组织水平等方法,提升编组站效能,压缩货物运到时限,提高整体作业效率与运营水平,满足了货物运输市场对铁路运输的需求。Taking Liuzhou South marshalling Station as an example,the main reasons affecting the efficiency of trans⁃portation organization in the station are analyzed.Through the application of information technology,opti⁃mizing operation process,strengthening joint labor in station area,balancing the transportation of upstream and downstream systems and improving the level of transportation organization,the efficiency of marshal⁃ling station has been improved,the arrival time of goods has been shortened,and the overall operation effi⁃ciency and operation level have been improved to meet the demand of the freight transportation market for railway transportation.
