摘 要:山地雪上运动场馆作为一项建设规模大、涉及范围广、聚积效应强的复杂系统工程,建设过程时常面临生态破坏、环境污染、人类冲突等不安定因素的干扰。本文引入生态韧性理论,针对山地雪上运动场馆中的关键问题,提出保护与开发相结合的发展目标,从准备阶段、规划阶段、建设阶段与运营阶段制定山地雪上运动场馆的设计框架,并以河北省张家口市崇礼地区为例进行实践应用,提出从项目选址、规划布局、场地塑形到景观补偿的设计策略与具体方法,推动山地雪上运动场馆从低效、盲目扩张,向科学、理性发展。As a complex system engineering project with a large construction scale,wide scope of involvement and strong cumulative effects,the snow sports venue in mountainous region often faces disturbances from factors such as ecological destruction,environmental pollution and human conflicts.This paper introduces the theory of ecological resilience and proposes a development goal that combines protection and development for the key issues in the mountain snow sports venue.A design framework for the mountain snow sports venue is formulated from the preparation stage,planning stage,construction stage and operation stage.Taking the Chongli area in Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province as an example,specific strategies and methods are proposed from aspects of project site selection,planning layout,site shaping and landscape compensation,in order to promote the transformation of the mountain snow sports venue from inefficient and blind expansion to scientific and rational development.
