摘　　要：输变电工程项目的质量在施工过程中受到诸多因素的影响,采用传统的管理方法很难保证工程施工质量。为此,在明确输变电工程项目施工质量管理内容的基础上,将计算机技术与质量管理过程相结合,分析基于计算机系统所必备的功能,设计并开发输变电工程项目施工质量管理系统。最后通过实际案例验证这一系统的科学性、实用性和有效性。The quality of power transmission and transformation project,influenced by many factors during the construction process,is hard to be guaranteed by the traditional management methods.With regards to this,on the basis of clarifying the contents of construction quality management of power transmission and transformation project,the computer technology was combined with quality management processes and the necessary functions based on computer system were analyzed.The construction quality management system of power transmission and transformation project was designed and developed.Finally,through a practical case,the scientific,practical and effective of the system are verified.
