摘 要:以郑州某地铁站盾构始发采用水平冻结法施工为研究对象,对水平冻结法温度场温度扩散进行分析,揭示温度场冻结壁平均发展速率和内外圈温度下降速度的变化规律。研究结果表明:由于外圈输冷量损失大于内圈,所以外圈冻结壁的平均发展速率小于内圈;由于内圈冻结管的密集程度大于外圈冻结管,导致内圈土体温度下降大于外圈土体下降速度;在冻结管内圈土体温度下降到一定程度后,冻结管外圈土体的温度下降速度会加快;左线的提前冻结会降低同时期的右线冻结温度。准确模拟温度场冻结壁平均发展速率和内外圈温度下降速度,可为水平冻结法施工提供科学依据,也有利于水平冻结法的精准化施工。Based on the horizontal freezing method used in shield construction of a subway station in Zhengzhou as the research object,the temperature diffusion is analyzed in the temperature field of horizontal freezing method,and the changing law is revealed of the average development rate of the freezing wall and the decreasing rate of the temperature in the inner and outer rings.The results show that the average development rate of the frozen wall in the outer ring is less than that in the inner ring,because the loss of the cold transport in the outer ring is greater than that in the inner ring.Because the density of the inner freezing tube is greater than that of the outer freezing tube,the temperature of the inner soil mass drops faster than that of the outer soil mass.When the temperature of the soil in the frozen inner circle drops to a certain degree,the temperature of the soil in the outer circle of the frozen pipe will decrease faster.The premature freezing of the left line will reduce the freezing temperature of the right line at the same time.The average development rate of freezing wall in temperature field and the decreasing rate of inner and outer ring temperature are accurately simulated,which provides scientific basis for the construction of horizontal freezing method and is also conducive to the accurate construction of horizontal freezing method.
