摘　　要：本文以罗克韦尔MicroLogix 1500型PLC为控制元件,Power Flex40变频器为被控对象,设置变频器相关参数,编写PLC控制程序,实现载有液体的物料提升,在提升过程中,通过变频调速防止液体外溅。This paper uses the Rockwell MicroLogix 1500 P LC as the control element and the Power Flex40 frequency converter as the controlled object.The relevant parameters of the frequency converter are set,and the PLC control program is written to achieve the lifting of materials containing liquid.During the lifting process,the liquid is prevented from splashing through frequency conversion speed regulation.
