摘 要:智能制造设备的安装程序比较复杂,其多适用于大型生产线,中小生产企业要实现自动化生产,可在原有压力机设备构造的基础上,通过增加自动上下料设备取代人工上下料,实现控制系统升级,提升生产效率,降低人工成本。本文分析了大型闭式压力机单机自动化上下料设备控制系统的软件及硬件设计,并调试及试运行设计好的设备,结果表明,运行结果良好,可应用于企业生产。The installation process for intelligent manufacturing equipment is relatively complex and is mostly suitable for large production lines.In order for small and medium-sized production enterprises to achieve automated production,they can add automatic loading and unloading equipment to replace manual loading and unloading on the basis of the original press equipment structure,achieving the upgrading of the control system,improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.This paper analyzes the software and hardware design of the control system for the single machine automatic loading and unloading equipment of a large closed press,and debugs and tests the designed equipment.The results show that the operation results are good and can be applied to enterprise production.
