摘 要:为探究无位置传感器在永磁同步电机下的磁场位置,本文设计了一种注入脉振高频电压的控制方法对其进行检测。脉振高频电压注入法可通过注入与电机本身不同的电压提高电机冲激,以便滤波器收集高频响应,并通过计算获取电机下无位置传感器的极性判断其在磁场中的位置。结果表明,此方法能有效提高注入高频方波的控制频率,消除判断信号外的影响因子,实现对无位置传感器在磁场定位中的高精度控制。In order to e xplore the magnetic field position of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a control method of injecting pulse high-frequency voltage will be designed to detect it.The pulse high-frequency voltage injection method can achieve the purpose of improving the impulse response of the motor by injecting a voltage different from the motor itself,thus facilitating the filter to collect the high-frequency response,and determine its position in the magnetic field by calculating the polarity of the sensorless under the motor.The results show that this method can effectively improve the control frequency of the injected high-frequency square wave,eliminate the influence factors outside the judgment signal,and achieve high-precision control of sensorless magnetic field positioning.
