摘 要:为减弱芯片分选机在分选过程中产生的振动,本文以分选机的主体结构双龙门架作为研究对象,用Solidwork建立双龙门架的三维模型,用ANSYS Workbench软件对其模型进行处理,并对其进行静动态特性分析,得到应力及位移云图,同时在静动态的结果上,对其进行拓扑优化和尺寸优化。研究结果表明,在最大位移和一阶频率基本不变的情况下,龙门架的质量更轻,这为以后的分选机龙门架结构设计提供了一种全新的思路。In order to attenuate the vibration generated by the chi p sorter during the sorting process,this paper takes the double gantry,the main structure of the sorter,as the object of study,builds a 3D model of the double gantry with Solidwork,processes its model with ANSYS Workbench software,and carries out static and dynamic characteristics analysis to obtain stress and displacement clouds,and at the same time,on the results of static and dynamic,carries out topology optimization and dimensional optimization.The results of the study show that the mass of the gantry becomes significantly lighter with essentially constant maximum displacement and first-order frequency,which clearly provides a new way of thinking for the design of future sorting machine gantries as a result.
