摘  要:向日葵是我国重要的油料作物和食品经济作物,葵花籽是坚果食品加工业的最常见品种之一,深受我国人民的喜爱。随着葵花籽食品加工的现代化发展,生产线工艺得到普及推广,为优化葵花籽机械分级优选工艺,从葵花籽的形态特征展开分析,明确了葵花籽的长宽厚外形特征及典型长宽比范围,并基于形态特征总结了葵花籽优选技术的可行方案,对机械化优选的工艺流程进行设计,研究结果对于完善葵花籽机械加工生产线体系具有借鉴意义。Sunflower is an important oil crop and food cash crop in China.Sunflower seed is one of the most common varieties in nut food processing industry,and is deeply loved by Chinese people.With the modernization of sunflower seed food processing,production line processes have been widely promoted.In order to optimize the mechanical grading and optimization process of sunflower seeds,the morphological characteristics of sunflower seeds have been analyzed,and the length,width,thickness,and typical aspect ratio range of sunflower seeds have been clarified.Based on the morphological characteristics,feasible solutions for sunflower seed optimization technology have been summarized,and the process flow of mechanized optimization has been designed,The research results have reference significance for improving the video processing production line system of sunflower seeds.
