摘  要:种子清选装置作为谷物脱粒机的重要工作部件,其种子清选性能直接影响整机工作效率及后续谷物存储、运输、销售及播种作业环节。以玉米种子清选为研究对象,基于国内外种子清选装置的发展现状,设计一种气流清选装置,利用Design-Expert数据分析软件建立影响因素与评价指标间的回归模型,选取曲柄半径、曲柄转速和风机转速为试验因素,以玉米种子清选损失率为评价指标开展正交试验,明确最优工作参数。研究结果表明,玉米种子脱粒机最佳工作参数组合为:曲柄半径为10 mm,曲柄转速为300 r/min,风机转速为2000 r/min。As an important working part of the grain thresher,the seed cleaning performance of the seed cleaning device directly affects the efficiency of the whole machine,i.e.the subsequent grain storage,transportation,sales and sowing operations.This study takes corn seed cleaning as the research object,based on the development status of seed cleaning devices at home and abroad,designs an airflow cleaning device,and uses Design-Expert data analysis software to establish a regression model between the influencing factors and evaluation indexes,and this study selects crank radius,crank speed and fan speed as the test factors,and carries out orthogonal tests with corn seed cleaning loss rate as the evaluation index.The optimal working parameters were clarified.The results showed that the optimal working parameters of the corn seed thresher were 10 mm crank radius,300 r/min crank speed and 2000 r/min fan speed.
