摘　　要：落地红枣收获机械是一种用于收获落地红枣的机械设备,能够自动化地捡拾、分离、清洗和输送落地红枣。落地红枣收获机械具有高效、自动化、可靠性高等优点。为探讨了落地红枣收获机械的设计和试验研究,介绍了红枣种植的现状,以及红枣收获现有机械装备的不足,提出了一种新的落地红枣收获机械的设计方案。该方案采用链条传动和离心分离技术,能够实现对落地红枣的快速捡拾和筛选,提高收获效率和质量。详细分析了该机械的结构和工作原理,进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,该机械能够有效收获落地红枣,具有较高的筛选效率和可靠性。总结了该机械的优点和不足之处,并提出了进一步改进的建议。The landing jujube harvesting machine is a mechanical equipment used for harvesting landing jujube,which can automatically pick up,separate,clean,and transport landing jujube.The landing jujube harvesting machine has the advantages of high efficiency,automation,and high reliability.In order to explore the design and experimental research of landing jujube harvesting machinery,the current situation of jujube planting and the shortcomings of existing mechanical equipment for jujube harvesting were introduced,and a new design scheme of landing jujube harvesting machinery was proposed.This plan adopts chain transmission and centrifugal separation technology,which can achieve rapid picking and screening of fallen red dates,improve harvesting efficiency and quality.A detailed analysis was conducted on the structure and working principle of the machine,and experimental verification was conducted.The experimental results show that the machine can effectively harvest fallen red dates and has high screening efficiency and reliability.And summarized the advantages and disadvantages of this machine,and proposed suggestions for further improvement.
