摘  要:施肥是果园生产中的重要环节之一,高效施肥对于提高果实产量和品质具有重要意义。目前,我国果园施肥技术主要基于水肥一体化设备施液体肥和机械开沟施肥。设计一种果园开沟施肥机械,并对关键部件进行设计与分析,该设备可以一次性完成开沟和施肥作业,改善传统施肥技术中存在的工作效率和肥料利用率低等问题。研究结果可以为果园机械化发展提供技术支撑。Fertiliser application is one of the important aspects of orchard production,and efficient fertiliser application is of great significance for improving fruit yield and quality.At present,the fertiliser application technology in China’s orchards is mainly based on the application of liquid fertiliser by water and fertiliser integration equipment and the application of fertiliser by mechanical trenching.This study designs a kind of orchard trenching and fertiliser application machine,and designs and analyses the key components,which can complete the trenching and fertiliser application operation at one time,and improve the problems such as low efficiency and fertiliser utilisation rate in the traditional fertiliser application technology.The research results can provide technical support for the development of orchard mechanisation.
